New computer Soon

O.K.  It's official My old laptop is DEAD! I will be getting a new Fujitsu Lifebook ASAP.  It also appears that my random back ups of late are no bueno. So I will be forced to start over from scratch yet again. I swear the computer gods have it in for me. But I have been knitting I started a pair of socks but I'm afraid to start on the heel with out a guiding hand to tell me I'm doing it right. So I have 2 tubes on the needles... I just cast on for a baby jumper as a business acquaintance is going to adopt a little girl from China very soon. I hope I gert it done before Lilly's plane lands. Or very close to that time. Keep your fingers crossed that it will fit. There will someday be photos on this blog again. Hopefully of my finished socks and jumper.

Not Again

No I didn't fall off the face of the earth again! YES I have been knitting! Even stash busting knitting! Truth be told I've been making hats like crazy. It seems my daughter is in love with my hats. So why aren't there photos? (Trust me I have some.) Because my %$#* laptop is/ has been in the shop. I'm at a cafe and they don't allow camera hook ups. This laptop has cost me plenty in repairs. I think it's the hard drive and if it is, I'm getting a NEW laptop. I've already replaced the hard drive once. Hopefully the shop can get some of my data off of the old drive. Like my photos which I had pretty organized. But I didn't bother to back up. What can I say I'm a smuck!
